Micro Training Modules and Knowledge Base
Online learning enables participants to learn at their own pace and time. The shortcoming, however, is the lack of interactions and ability to capture and sustain the participants’ attention.
We complement online learning by dissecting the course into micro learning modules that can be easily consumed, further supplementing it with a subject knowledge base that participants can access to enhance their own learning. Through the Kairos learning platform, participants can also connect with subject experts for any queries or clarification. These interactions are then captured into the knowledge base to improve our future trainings.
Knowledge Management Consultancy
We are now living in a knowledge driven economy. To effectively function in this new economic landscape, industries have to undergo a digital transformation and deploy new technology and methods in the organisation. This requires an upgrade in the way knowledge is passed down.
We help companies to conduct a performance driven knowledge analysis to identify the critical knowledge required for the organisation achieves its performance goals and objectives, and more importantly, any knowledge gaps that may exist. Our findings are then cascaded down to each departmental level to be developed into an organisation training plan.
Coaching Assistant
When conducting critical and high risk tasks, the staff needs to be highly competent as the consequences of deviation can be severe. Such competency can only be achieved through mentoring and coaching. We work with the clients to deploy the Kairos chatbot to help staff acquire the knowledge and skills to perform the critical tasks competently. A TERMS model is recommended in knowledge and skills transfer.

The Kairos chatbot is deployed on mobile platforms to coach and guide the staff in a step by step execution of the critical tasks. Supervisors and mentors can provide real time feedback to ensure the quality of work is maintained and correction if necessary, helping staff to put the knowledge learnt into practice more effectively.
